Ingredients
- 2 c. raw yellow squash, chopped or sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Butter
- casserole
- dish and sprinkle layer of crumbs in dish. Mix
- together
- remaining
- ingredients and pour in dish. Sprinkle remainder
- of crumbs on top of squash mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
