Ingredients
- scant 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 pt. coffee cream
Method
- Mix sugar and flour and put in bottom of unbaked pastry crust. Cut small pieces of butter over sugar-flour mixture.
- Pour cream over but do not mix.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake 10 to 13 minutes in 400° oven, then 45 minutes in 325° oven.
