Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 or 1/2 lb. crumbled Feta (optional)
- 8 or 9 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. croutons
- 1 medium red onion, sliced in rings
- Italian dressing
Method
- Wash spinach and mushrooms.
- Remove spinach stems; slice mushrooms and onions.
- Crumble Feta cheese and bacon.
- Add all other ingredients except Feta cheese to the spinach.
- Toss; then add Feta cheese; toss again.
