- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pineapple Jell-O
- 1 (8 oz.) strawberry flavored yogurt
- 1 medium size can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 2 c. cold water
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Mix Jell-O.
- Cool.
- Stir pineapple, nuts, yogurt and pie filling.
- Set aside to chill.
- Combine cream cheese with sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Spread over set Jell-O mixture.
- Top with nuts, chopped fine.
- Refrigerate until topping is well set.
- Put in large cake pan.
