Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt or to taste
- 3/4 c. Splenda
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach
Method
- Add all ingredients except spinach to a saucepan. Boil 1 or 2 minutes. Cool, but do not refrigerate. Wash and tear spinach into pieces. Drizzle dressing over spinach when ready to serve.
