- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry jello
- 1/2 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
Method
- Drain pineapple and save 1 cup juice or use water to finish out to 1 cup.
- Mix juices and water and bring to boil.
- Stir in jello to dissolve. Break up cranberry sauce with fork and add to jello mixture.
- Refrigerate until jello begins to set.
- Stir in pineapple, celery and pecans.
- Pour into mold or dish.
- Chill.
