Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry jello
  • 1/2 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Method

  • Drain pineapple and save 1 cup juice or use water to finish out to 1 cup.
  • Mix juices and water and bring to boil.
  • Stir in jello to dissolve. Break up cranberry sauce with fork and add to jello mixture.
  • Refrigerate until jello begins to set.
  • Stir in pineapple, celery and pecans.
  • Pour into mold or dish.
  • Chill.
