Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. pitted dates
- 1 lb. pecans
Method
- Cook sugar, butter and cream until it forms a soft ball in cool water.
- Add vanilla and dates and beat until lukewarm.
- Add pecans and roll into a loaf and store in refrigerator until the next day.
- Slice.
