Ingredients
- 1 large can peeled tomatoes
- 3 to 6 jalapeno peppers, boiled 3 minutes
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 2 or 3 cloves, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. cumin powder
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Blend together.
- Cook on low heat until mixture begins to boil.
- Makes approximately 1 quart.
