Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground round
- 1 jar of favorite spaghetti sauce, (or homemade)
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can crescent rolls
Method
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce to meat and heat thoroughly. Spread mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix cheese and sour cream together in small bowl.
- Carefully spread over meat mixture. Roll out crescents to form two long rectangles.
- Place side by side on top of cheese mixture.
- This will form a top crust.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
