Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground round
  • 1 jar of favorite spaghetti sauce, (or homemade)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can crescent rolls

Method

  • Brown meat and drain.
  • Add spaghetti sauce to meat and heat thoroughly. Spread mixture into 9 x 13 pan.
  • Mix cheese and sour cream together in small bowl.
  • Carefully spread over meat mixture. Roll out crescents to form two long rectangles.
  • Place side by side on top of cheese mixture.
  • This will form a top crust.
  • Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
