Ingredients
- 2 c. saltines, broken
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, diced
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 1 pt. oysters
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Combine saltines with all seasonings and line a shallow casserole with 1/2 of mixture.
- Mix
- oysters, egg and mushroom soup,
- pour
- over
- saltines.
- Cover
- with remaining
- saltine crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
