Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz. mayonnaise
- garlic powder
- garlic salt
- small onion, chopped fine
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
Method
- Cook spinach and drain well.
- Run under cold water for a few minutes.
- Put into mixing bowl and add a heavy sprinkling of garlic powder; mix well.
- Add garlic salt, onion, salt and pepper continuously mixing after a light sprinkling of each.
- Add 4 ounces of mayonnaise and mix well.
- Add soup mix.
- Add another heavy sprinkling of garlic powder but do not mix.
