Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz. mayonnaise
  • garlic powder
  • garlic salt
  • small onion, chopped fine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix

Method

  • Cook spinach and drain well.
  • Run under cold water for a few minutes.
  • Put into mixing bowl and add a heavy sprinkling of garlic powder; mix well.
  • Add garlic salt, onion, salt and pepper continuously mixing after a light sprinkling of each.
  • Add 4 ounces of mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Add soup mix.
  • Add another heavy sprinkling of garlic powder but do not mix.
