Ingredients
- 3 containers of chicken liver, remove all fat and liquid
- 1 medium to large onion, chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. of salt and pepper
- 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
- about 1/3 c. of mayonnaise (more or less to taste)
Method
- Put liver in a pot with enough water to cover it.
- Add onion, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Bring to a boil and cook over medium or medium low heat until liver is falling apart and most of the liquid is cooked out.
- Drain and put into a food processor.
- Add eggs and mayonnaise.
- Blend until smooth.
- You can add more salt, pepper, or mayonnaise to suit your taste.
