Ingredients

  • 3 containers of chicken liver, remove all fat and liquid
  • 1 medium to large onion, chopped
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt and pepper
  • 3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • about 1/3 c. of mayonnaise (more or less to taste)

Method

  • Put liver in a pot with enough water to cover it.
  • Add onion, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Bring to a boil and cook over medium or medium low heat until liver is falling apart and most of the liquid is cooked out.
  • Drain and put into a food processor.
  • Add eggs and mayonnaise.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • You can add more salt, pepper, or mayonnaise to suit your taste.
