Ingredients
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 box Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small box frozen chopped spinach
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Let spinach thaw; squeeze out all water.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Let chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with chips or crackers.
