Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2/3 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into balls; freeze.
- Allow 1 hour to defrost before baking.
- Bake at 350° until brown.
- Makes 30.
