- 6 Jalapenos
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- cilantro
- 2 limes
- chicken stock
Method
- Heat oven 375. Slice onion into 4 rounds.Roast for 20 minutes and then add unpeeled garlic and cook for 10-15 min more until onion is caramelizing. Cut open and remove seeds and ribs from 3 of the peppers. Add jalapenos and onion to the blender along with juice of 2 limes and 1/2 bunch of cilantro without the stems. Add chicken stock to desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
