Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1 soup can water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix soup and water together.
- Heat until warm.
- Make a layer of potatoes and onion.
- Pour half of soup over potatoes.
- Repeat with the rest of the potatoes and soup.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
- Remove from oven, add the cheese.
- Return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese browns.
