Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon, boned and drained
- 2 whole beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp. soda
Method
- Drop from teaspoon into deep hot fat.
- Turn once; remove and drain.
- If you want larger croquettes, drop from a tablespoon. These are good hot or cold.
