- 1 lb. spaghetti
- salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 (14 oz.) can Italian plum tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
- 4 Tbsp. capers
- parsley
- 4 swordfish steaks, cut 1 1/2 to 2-inches thick *
- 1 stick butter (1 c.)
- 3 types mustard (one each from: Germany, Belgium and France; these should be flavorful and hearty)
