Ingredients
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 3 c. sifted plain flour
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine cheese and butter; cream thoroughly.
- Add cayenne pepper, flour and pecans.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Shape into rolls. Wrap in wax paper or aluminum foil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Slice 1/4-inch thick and bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Do not brown.
