Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cans Ranch Style beans
- 2 cans minestrone soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel with chilies, chopped
- 1 can beef broth
- grated cheese
Method
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Drain fat.
- Add all other ingredients, except cheese.
- Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- When serving, add grated cheese.
