Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Combine salmon and onion; set aside.
- Mix together biscuit mix and water.
- Divide in half.
- Roll half into an 8-inch square pan. Top with salmon mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.
- Roll remaining dough for an 8-inch square top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450° for 15 to 18 minutes.
