Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Combine salmon and onion; set aside.
  • Mix together biscuit mix and water.
  • Divide in half.
  • Roll half into an 8-inch square pan. Top with salmon mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.
  • Roll remaining dough for an 8-inch square top.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450° for 15 to 18 minutes.
