Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. link Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 (26 oz.) jars Classico pasta sauce, any flavor
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Method
- In large saucepan, brown sausage; pour off fat.
- Add onion and green pepper; cook and stir until tender.
- Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil to coat.
- Serve with sauce.
- Garnish as desired.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
