Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1 pkg. sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Remove any fine bones from salmon; drain liquid.
- Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs.
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Shape into a loaf.
- Bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350°.
