Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef brisket (plain)
  • 1 tsp. liquid hickory flavored smoke
  • 1/4 to 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutamate)
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Method

  • Trim off excess fat from meat.
  • Cut into strips approximately 1/4
  • inch
  • thick
  • and 2 inches wide.
  • This can be done more easily if
  • the
  • meat is partially frozen.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together
  • and
  • marinate
  • in this sauce overnight. Use a flat pan if available.
  • Cover with clear wrap.
