Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef brisket (plain)
- 1 tsp. liquid hickory flavored smoke
- 1/4 to 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutamate)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Method
- Trim off excess fat from meat.
- Cut into strips approximately 1/4
- inch
- thick
- and 2 inches wide.
- This can be done more easily if
- the
- meat is partially frozen.
- Mix remaining ingredients together
- and
- marinate
- in this sauce overnight. Use a flat pan if available.
- Cover with clear wrap.
