Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2-crust pastry
Method
- Beat eggs, 1 cup sugar and spices until blended together.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; beat well.
- Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
- Cover with the other crust.
- Make vents.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer.
