Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken cutlets (no skin)
  • 1 pkg. dried beef
  • 4 strips bacon, cut in half
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to your taste

Method

  • Lightly grease large Pyrex dish with margarine.
  • Line bottom with dried beef.
  • Open chicken cutlets and place small amount of butter in middle.
  • Roll cutlets and hold in place with 1/2 strip bacon.
  • Place on top of dried beef.
  • Mix soup and sour cream together and pour on top of chicken.
  • Bake slowly at 275° for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Serve with rice.
