Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken cutlets (no skin)
- 1 pkg. dried beef
- 4 strips bacon, cut in half
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to your taste
Method
- Lightly grease large Pyrex dish with margarine.
- Line bottom with dried beef.
- Open chicken cutlets and place small amount of butter in middle.
- Roll cutlets and hold in place with 1/2 strip bacon.
- Place on top of dried beef.
- Mix soup and sour cream together and pour on top of chicken.
- Bake slowly at 275° for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Serve with rice.
