Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
Method
- Let butter soften.
- Cream with sugar.
- Add egg yolks, two at a time.
- Alternate dry ingredients with sour cream until all are mixed.
- Beat egg whites stiff.
- Fold in by hand.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
- Can be baked in a Bundt or an angel food pan.
