Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. plus sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 4 to 6 flake crab sticks, chopped fine
Method
- Soften cream cheese so that the first 6 ingredients can be mixed together with an electric mixer.
- Add crab meat and stir to blend.
- You can increase or decrease horseradish, catsup and onion to taste.
