Ingredients
- 1 envelope yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- rock-type salt (optional)
Method
- Soften yeast in water.
- Mix all ingredients into it and knead. Give each child a ball of dough to roll and twist into any shape. Lay on greased cookie sheets.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
