Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
Method
- Brown beef and onion in skillet.
- Arrange half the cabbage in casserole.
- Top with beef and onion.
- Layer rest of cabbage.
- Pour soup over top.
- Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 6.
