Ingredients
- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 shakes garlic powder
- 1 tsp. wet mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients.
- Place into ovenproof dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
