Ingredients
- 4 ounce linguini
- 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese coarsely grnd pepper
Method

- Cook linguini till desired doneness
- 2.
- Meanwhile, place cottage cheese, skim lowfat milk and parmesan cheese in electric blender or possibly food processor.
- Whirl till smooth.
- 3.
- Toss linguini with sauce in serving bowl.
- Season with pepper and serve at once.
