Ingredients
- 7 ounces smoked salmon finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers or pickles
- 1/2 scallion minced
- oil
- tortilla chips
Method
- Place the salmon in a bowl along with the scallion and capers. Mix well. Set aside for 60 minutes or up to a day ahead of time.
- Oil an icecube tray and fill with the salmon mixture. Remove from mold.
- Serva along with tortilla chips.
