Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) chopped broccoli
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 2 sticks butter
Method
- Cook broccoli according to package; drain.
- Melt butter. Crush Ritz crackers.
- Add 2/3 of butter to crackers; stir.
- Mix remaining butter, broccoli and cheese (chunked) into casserole dish.
- Stir so that all butter is mixed well with broccoli.
- Cover broccoli with cracker mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
