Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • chopped nuts
  • maraschino cherries
  • chocolate syrup
  • 1 2/3 c. margarine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 bananas

Method

  • Melt 2/3 cup margarine.
  • Stir in graham cracker crumbs and press in 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Beat remaining margarine with eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Spread over crumb mixture.
  • Slice bananas; dip in pineapple juice and arrange on egg mixture.
  • Place pineapple on top of bananas and top with Cool Whip.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup; sprinkle chopped nuts and maraschino cherries over top.
  • Chill for 8 hours.
