Ingredients
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 1/4 c. milk
- remaining Cool Whip (for top)
Method
- Mix flour, margarine and chopped pecans together.
- Press into 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 350° or until brown. Cool.
- Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip together.
- Spread over pastry.
- Mix chocolate pudding with milk; spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip; refrigerate.
- (Buy a bowl of Cool Whip and use according to recipe.)
