Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. wine
Method
- Place ingredients in slow cooker (crock-pot) for 10 to 12 hours on low heat.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Add sour cream if desired.
