Ingredients
- 1 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Method
- Cream together oleo, sugar and vanilla.
- Add pecans; stir in flour.
- Form into small balls.
- Use about 1 teaspoon for each ball.
- Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Press balls flat; top with sugar.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes in a 350° oven.
- Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
