Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 12 cups rice milk (or other dairy-free milk)
- 2 tablespoons safflower oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
- Whisk together wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined (lumps are okay).
- Pour batter onto preheated, nonstick pan until browned, then flip.
