Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 12 cup olive oil
- 13 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon fresh thyme
Method
- In blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.
