Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 beaten eggs
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 350° to 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
