Ingredients
- 1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1 large pkg. sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 12 oz. lite Cool Whip
Method
- Grease a 9 x 12 1/2-inch pan.
- Crumble cookies fine.
- Mix pudding by directions on box.
- Put cookie crumbs in pan or glass dish.
- Save some for topping.
- Pour pudding mixture over crumbs. Top with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
- Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
