Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo or Hydrox chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened (1 stick)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Method

  • Crush cookies in food processor or blender.
  • Set aside.
  • In medium bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar, beating with electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes.
