Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Method
- Cream butter and cheese, beat in flour, salt and cayenne.
- Shape dough into flat patty.
- Cover.
- Chill 2 hours.
- Roll out.
- Cut.
- Place on ungreased sheets.
- Mix egg and water and brush with egg wash.
- Bake 10-12 mins 350.
