Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 14 ounces taco seasoning mix
  • 1 12 cups water
  • 15 34 ounces chili beans, mild
  • 15 34 ounces corn, whole kernal, drained
  • 14 12 ounces tomatoes, stewed
  • 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 10 ounces tomatoes and green chilies, diced (Rotel)
  • 4 ounces green chilies, chopped (optional)
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix

Method

  • In a Dutch oven or large kettle, brown beef; drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
