Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp (large), shelled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 2 oz. sweet dry vermouth
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add garlic, parsley and oregano; saute for 1 minute on medium high heat.
- Add shrimp; lower heat to medium.
- Cook shrimp until they turn pink.
- One minute before serving, add vermouth.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
