Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. regular Fritos
  • 2 c. rice, cooked
  • 2 cans Bush chili beans
  • 2 cans Hormel chili (without beans), heated
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small head chopped lettuce
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. green olives, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced ripe olives
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Set bowls of each ingredient in order as listed.
  • Let each guest fix their own, buffet style.
  • Start at the beginning of recipe, placing one ingredient on top of the other.
  • Do not skip any.
