- 1 large pkg. regular Fritos
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 2 cans Bush chili beans
- 2 cans Hormel chili (without beans), heated
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small head chopped lettuce
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. green olives, chopped
- 1 small can sliced ripe olives
- 1 large jar salsa
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Set bowls of each ingredient in order as listed.
- Let each guest fix their own, buffet style.
- Start at the beginning of recipe, placing one ingredient on top of the other.
- Do not skip any.
