Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Drain and rinse artichoke hearts.
- Dice into small pieces. Mix together all ingredients. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Cool and cut into small squares.
- Serve with Italian bread or crackers.
