Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, ground
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, ground
- 3/4 lb. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. pecans, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- bunch of parsley, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Combine softened cream cheese, ground fine shrimp, eggs, sauces and salt.
- Shape into roll about 2-inches in diameter. Combine chopped parsley and pecans and place in tray.
- Roll shrimp mixture in parsley and pecans until well covered.
- Chill.
