Ingredients
- 3 c. salsa
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled, deveined shrimp
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
- 1 c. cubed, fully cooked ham
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. instant bouillon granules
- 2 c. hot, cooked rice
Method
- In a large saucepan, stir together all the ingredients except the rice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat; simmer, while covered, for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over rice or with rice aside.
